Ignite are excited to be supporting a rapidly growing FMCG challenger brand as they continue their impressive growth journey. With ambitious plans to scale significantly over the next two years, they are now looking to hire a Supply Planner to play a key role within the operations and supply chain function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where you can genuinely make an impact and help shape processes as the business grows.

The role will sit across supply chain, operations and commercial teams, helping to ensure products are available at the right time while balancing stock, service and operational efficiency.

What will you be doing?

  • Building and maintaining demand forecasts across retail and foodservice channels
  • Supporting daily, weekly and monthly forecasting cycles, incorporating sales data, promotions, seasonality and NPD launches
  • Translating forecasts into clear supply and production plans, lead times and capacity constraints
  • Monitoring stock, service levels, waste and freshness KPIs, flagging risks early and proposing actions
  • Producing clear, simple insights and reports to support decision-making

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in demand planning, production planning or supply planning within FMCG challenger brands
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical, confident using Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, basic analysis)
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
