Health & Wellness brand - client-side role in Essex / East London (2 office days). Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing Health & Wellness brands. Having already achieved impressive growth since launching, the business is now scaling towards £50m+ in revenue over the next three years and is continuing to expand its product range, customer base and retail presence.
They're now looking to hire a Social Media super star to join their Brand & Marketing team and take ownership of creating premium feel content across both organic social and paid performance channels. This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who loves coming up with ideas, getting in front and behind the camera by bringing content to life through editing. You'll work across founder and team content, product storytelling, educational videos, social series, UGC‑style creative, paid‑social assets and more.

What you'll be doing:
- Concept, script, shoot and edit premium look and feel video content
- Create content for organic social and paid performance channels
- Produce founder, team, product, expert and creator‑led content
- Develop UGC‑style videos, product demos, hooks, cutdowns and creative variations
- Manage shoots, including talent, locations, equipment and production set‑ups
- Bring fresh ideas to briefs and contribute to the wider creative direction
- Work closely with the Social Advocacy Manager, Performance Creative Strategist and wider marketing team
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- Strong experience creating and editing premium look and feel video content, with a portfolio to demonstrate this
- Confident shooting content using both a camera and phone
- Advanced editing skills across platforms such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar
- Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what works across organic and paid social
- Experience creating content for Meta and TikTok, ideally with an understanding of direct‑response creative
- Comfortable working with hooks, pacing, UGC‑style content, product demos, social proof and CTAs
