Here at Ignite, we’re absolutely buzzing to be working with one of the fastest growing Marketing agencies in the UK. This agency proudly partners with some of the coolest FMCG challenger brands in the country, supporting with all things Brand Management, D2C and Trade/Retail Marketing. They’re now looking to hire a new Senior Brand Manager to partner with some industry leading brands and also to lead the team of 2 internal Brand Executives.

If you’re an ambitious Brand expert who is looking to progress to Head of Brand/Brand Director level one day, this could be a fantastic career move for you as you will be exposed to plenty of Brand marketing challenges, far quicker than you would in an in-house role. You will be surrounded by strong marketers (including in-house Marketing Directors and CMOs) and have the opportunity to work for brands operating in different product categories and across both Retail and D2C.

What skills do you need to be considered?

  • You need to have at least 3 years Brand Management / Brand Marketing experience.
  • You need to have experience working for an FMCG challenger brand, ideally for an omni-channel brand (D2C and retail).
  • Proven experience of overseeing end-to-end brand marketing campaigns (ideation through to execution and analysis).
  • People management and agency management experience would be highly beneficial.
  • An ability to work remotely and being comfortable coming into London 2/3 times a month is important.
