Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest-scaling D2C brands in the UK. The brand is already a market leader in the Health & Wellness space, having seen incredible growth since they launched in 2024 (scaling from £0m - £20m already). They're now looking to hire a Production & Creator Manager to take full ownership of performance creative production – leading everything from booking shoots to sourcing videographers, UGC creators and locations, ensuring a constant pipeline of fresh content.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and optimise the creative testing engine, delivering a constant flow of fresh, high-performing paid social creatives.
  • Lead end-to-end content production, from organising shoots and managing budgets to sourcing creators, locations and production partners.
  • Build and manage a network of UGC creators, providing clear creative direction whilst allowing them to create authentic, native content.
  • Attend key shoot days to ensure every session captures multiple creative angles, hooks and assets for ongoing testing.
  • Develop new creative concepts inspired by customer insights, competitor activity and emerging social trends.
  • Maximise the value of every piece of content by creating multiple variations of winning creatives to extend performance.
  • Use performance data to continuously refine creative, identifying what works, what doesn't and turning insights into the next round of winning campaigns.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • 1+ years' experience producing content or managing UGC creators, either in-house or within an agency.
  • Proven experience organising shoots, sourcing creators, videographers and locations, and managing production from start to finish.
  • A strong understanding of performance creative, with a good grasp of hooks, angles, retention and what makes paid social content convert.
  • Native knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels, with a passion for creating authentic, engaging content.
