Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger drinks brands. Following a period of exceptional growth, the business is now looking to hire a Paid Social Lead to take ownership of one of its most important growth channels. You'll lead the Paid Social strategy across the UK and US, owning Meta end-to-end whilst also overseeing Google and Amazon Ads to drive continued growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an ambitious, founder-led business where Paid Social sits at the heart of the growth strategy and where you'll have genuine ownership, autonomy and influence.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- 6+ years' experience in Paid Social or Performance Marketing roles.
- Proven hands-on expertise managing Meta Ads at scale, with experience across Google and Amazon Ads highly advantageous.
- Experience managing significant Paid Social budgets (£250k-£1m+ per month).
- Strong track record of scaling D2C or E-Commerce brands through Paid Social, ideally within a high-growth consumer business.
- Comfortable owning channel strategy, budget allocation, testing and optimisation, rather than simply executing campaigns.
- Commercially minded, highly analytical and passionate about using data to drive growth.
