Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK, the business has scaled from £0 to £12m in revenue in just 12 months – truly amazing growth. They’re now looking to grow the team by hiring a Junior Creative Strategist, reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing.

They’re all about creating killer paid social ads, so if you’ve come from an advertising background and have some knowledge/expertise in paid ads (Meta, TikTok & YouTube) – this could be a dream role for you.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • A minimum of 1 year performance creative experience.
  • Experience working for or with a D2C E-commerce business (either in-house or agency is fine).
  • Excellent ability to produce high-quality paid social ads.
  • A fantastic ability to think outside the box and have crazy/wild ideas from a direct response/performance marketing perspective.
  • An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious.
