Ignite are excited to be partnering with an ambitious, founder-led drinks brand as they look to hire a Operations and Finance Associate during an exciting period of growth. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the founders, gaining exposure to every corner of the business. You'll act as a true right-hand, helping drive key initiatives across operations, finance, commercial projects and business growth.

Perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving and wants to play a meaningful role in building a brand from the inside out.

What will you be doing?

  • Acting as a trusted extension of the founders across the business
  • Owning key operational processes including order management, logistics and customer issue resolution
  • Supporting inventory planning and supplier coordination
  • Maintaining financial records, costing models and margin analysis
  • Assisting with cash flow monitoring and commercial decision-making
  • Leading or supporting strategic projects such as new product launches, trade events and process improvements
  • Taking increasing ownership of initiatives currently managed by the founders

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience within a startup, scale-up, consumer brand or high-growth environment
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable in finance (unit economics, margins, costing) and operational details (inventory management, logistics)
  • Familiarity with Xero, Unleashed, Prospect, Mintsoft is a plus, but definitely not necessary
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to operate independently
  • Excited by ambiguity and the opportunity to build something from the ground up
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A genuine entrepreneurial mindset
