Ignite is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth FMCG brand in the search for a Demand Planning Manager. This is a key role within a dynamic and fast-scaling business as it continues to expand its retail and wholesale presence both domestically and internationally.
They are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented demand planning professional to lead forecasting for the UK business. You will play a central role in the S&OP process, working closely with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, data-driven demand plans that support operational efficiency and commercial success.
Sitting at the heart of the organisation, you will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners to drive forecasting excellence, challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy at SKU level. You will also lead a high-performing demand planning team, ensuring clear communication, strong performance and continuous development.
You will take ownership of demand planning KPIs, drive root cause analysis for forecast variance, support NPD launch planning, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. You will also play a key role in enhancing reporting and data visibility, leveraging tools such as Power BI to generate actionable insights across the business.
