Here at Ignite, we’re delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing brands in the UK. The brand is absolutely stunning from a Design perspective, the team is growing and as a result they’re looking to hire a Brand & Creative Design Lead to join the growing creative team. They’re looking for someone to take their creativity, artwork and visual direction to the next level by producing high-level assets across web, social media, paid ads, packaging, email, print + more.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • You need to have at least 4 years Design experience with a portfolio of work across Digital & Print assets.
  • Challenger brand/start-up experience would be beneficial.
  • Proven Design experience for packaging is essential.
  • People management experience is critical, you will be managing a team of 3 Designers.
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom) would be great.
  • An ability to manage multiple projects at once is important, this is a fast paced environment.
