Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant and looking for an opportunity to really accelerate your personal and professional growth? Are you fed up of a micro-managing/heavily stats focused sales environment and crave the opportunity to build real relationships? Excited about partnering with some of your favourite consumer brands and playing a pivotal role in their future growth?
After launching Ignite in January 2024 and overachieving in our first 2 years, we’re now looking to hire (again). We launched with one mission: To connect brilliant people with ambitious challenger brands. We’re proud to partner with some of the UK’s most exciting and fastest growing brands – helping them hire smarter and scale faster.
At Ignite we are a fun and sociable bunch who all work really hard but have a lot of fun along the way. We aren’t recruiters who recruit from behind the desk, we’re always out and about at industry events, hosting clients and attending networking dinners. We’re moving into our lovely new office in Vauxhall in July and there’s loads of exciting things planned for the rest of this year and beyond, so we truly believe it’s a great time to join.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- A minimum of 2/3 years recruitment experience.
- We’re open on industry experience, although FMCG, Retail, Hospitality or Leisure recruitment experience would be preferable.
- Experience recruiting within Sales, Marketing or Digital would be advantageous.
- Business Development experience is important, we’re looking for a 360 recruiter here.
- A willingness to get out and about for face to face meetings and attend networking events etc is very important.
In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you:
- Basic salary is very competitive and dependent upon experience.
- 1 additional holiday day for each year served.
- Flexible working (2-3 days a week in Vauxhall, Central London).
- Work from anywhere in the world for 2 weeks each year.
- Budget for training / learning & development.
- Vitality Healthcare scheme.
- Personalised pension plan through St James Place.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in exploring, please do get in touch with us for a confidential discussion.
What happens next?

- First Stage: Teams call with Billy (Founder).
- Second Stage: F2F interview with Billy & Immy (Director).
People are at the heart of everything we do. We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process that means people can be their best authentic self.
We would love to reply to all applications; regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive, so if you do not hear back within 14 days unfortunately on this role it won’t be progressing. It is possible that the position could be in the process of closing, so chalk it up to bad timing. But have no fear! There will be more opportunities. Follow us at Ignite so you don’t miss them.
