Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth D2C subscription brand that has scaled rapidly since launching in 2020. In just a few short years the business has grown to £15m in annual revenue, establishing itself as one of the most exciting brands in its category. As the business enters its next phase of growth, they’re now looking to bring performance marketing in-house and are hiring a Senior Growth Manager to lead this transition. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to take ownership of growth strategy while remaining very hands-on across key performance channels.
What skills do you need to be considered?
- 5+ years’ experience in D2C / Growth Marketing, ideally within a subscription-based business.
- Strong Paid Social expertise, particularly across Meta.
- Experience working for a £10m+ revenue brand.
- Experience managing paid media budgets of £200k+ per month.
- Deep expertise across Performance Marketing, Growth Strategy and Media Buying.
- Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok and YouTube advertising.
- Comfortable operating in a very hands-on role – while you’ll have agency and freelance support, there will be no direct reports initially.

- Competitive basic salary (£65k - £75k, dependent upon experience)
- Hybrid working policy (3 days a week in the office)
