As Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of wholesale customers across independent cafés, hospitality groups, hotels, and contract catering partners. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, driving commercial growth, and delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint. Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager and wider wholesale team, you will act as a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them grow their businesses through world-class coffee, expert training, and operational support. This is a hands-on, relationship-led role for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys being out in the market, and is passionate about hospitality and specialty coffee.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale customers across the UK.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with café owners, operators, and key decision-makers.
- Drive revenue growth through retention, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Support customers with new product launches, menu development, and commercial planning.
- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience as the main point of contact for your accounts.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, training, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide forecasting and performance reporting.
- Represent a purpose-led business committed to sustainability, quality, and hospitality.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within coffee, foodservice, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for customer success.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot growth opportunities and negotiate effectively.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of your accounts.
- A passion for specialty coffee, hospitality, and sustainable business practices.
- Confident using CRM systems and Excel to manage performance and reporting.
- Naturally curious, hands-on, and eager to make a meaningful impact.
