With this high-level of growth, the Founder is looking for a superstar PA / EA to help support him.
Responsibilities
- Manage the founder's diary, travel and meetings; stay one step ahead and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Provide high-level administrative support and assist with strategic projects as the role grows
- Coordinate communications, scheduling and logistics to enable the founder to focus on core priorities
Qualifications
- Excellent organization and discretion; ability to handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Experience supporting a founder, executive or senior leader is a bonus
