We’re hiring our first ever Marketing Director, a pivotal leadership position at one of the UK’s fastest-growing brands. Over the last few years, we’ve built significant momentum through our range, securing major distribution and strong sales velocity. Now we’re entering the next phase of growth: evolving from a product-led business into a brand-led business. This role will shape that transition.

We’re looking for someone who has already helped scale a challenger FMCG brand, someone who knows how to build cultural relevance, create standout marketing with lean budgets, and translate brand investment into commercial growth. You’ll work closely with the Founder to bring the long-term brand vision to life.

You’ll lead:

  • Brand strategy and positioning
  • D2C and ecommerce performance
  • Customer acquisition and retention
  • Trade marketing and retail activation
  • Content, community and communications
  • Consumer insight and NPD thinking
  • A growing internal team and specialist external partners

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Commercially sharp and creatively ambitious
  • Entrepreneurial and hands on
  • Data-led but brand obsessed
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving founder-led businesses
  • Experienced in scaling lifestyle or premium FMCG brands

What success looks like:

  • Building the business into the UK’s most credible premium brand in its area
  • Growing brand awareness and penetration efficiently
  • Driving customer retention
  • Creating a coherent, insight-led brand and growth strategy across all channels

Experience we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in a senior marketing leadership role within a challenger FMCG brand
  • Experience scaling founder led consumer businesses
  • A track record of delivering measurable commercial growth
  • Strong instincts for quality, creativity and brand-building

If you’ve helped take a challenger brand from momentum to mainstream relevance — we’d love to hear from you.
