Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised FMCG giant to hire a Supply Planner to join their high-performing and scaling Supply Chain team. Working closely with demand planning, customer-facing teams and central European planning functions, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are available when customers need them, while maintaining healthy stock levels and driving supply chain performance.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing end-to-end supply planning activities, including inventory management, replenishment planning, stock coverage monitoring, and SKU phase-ins/phase-outs to maximise service levels while optimising working capital and reducing waste.
  • Identifying and mitigating supply risks, proactively addressing service issues, shortages, ageing inventory, obsolete stock, and supply constraints to minimise business impact and maintain product availability.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Demand Planning, commercial teams, and European planning teams to align supply plans with customer demand, translate local market requirements, and support sourcing and portfolio change initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement through performance reporting, stakeholder communication, process enhancements, and planning system improvements, providing clear insights, recommendations, and support for key supply chain projects.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within Supply Planning, Fulfilment Planning or a broader Supply Chain Planning role.
  • Experience using SAP APO, SNP or equivalent planning systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership, challenge where appropriate and drive solutions.
