Ignite are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing, premium coffee business supplying some of the best cafés, restaurants and hospitality venues across the UK and internationally. Known for their quality, sustainability focus and hands-on approach, they don’t just supply coffee, they partner with their customers to deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience.
From sourcing and roasting through to training, equipment and technical support, they’re deeply embedded in their customers’ success. You’ll take ownership of how installs, servicing and reactive maintenance are delivered, bringing structure, consistency and a high standard of service across the board.
You’ll work closely with wholesale and tech, balancing service quality with commercial performance and supporting the wider growth of the business.
- Oversee installs, servicing schedules and reactive maintenance, ensuring high service standards
- Manage and develop a junior team member, building a strong and accountable team culture
- Support and participate in a weekly call-out rota (with additional compensation)
- Work cross-functionally with operations and commercial teams to support wholesale growth
Experience leading or supervising a field-based technical or service team. Hands-on technical background, ideally with electrical experience or similar. Personable and service-led, able to build strong relationships internally and externally. Full UK driving licence (travel required).
