East London (2/3 days a week in the office). Ignite are buzzing to be working with a high growth Food D2C subscription brand which launched during Covid and have been growing at a crazy rate. They’re now looking to hire a Social Media and Community Manager to manage the brand's social media presence and ensure to engage and nurture their VERY loyal customer base.
This role is very strategic, where you will be responsible for creating a social media strategy and content plan for the brand across all their social channels. Whilst the majority of the content will be created externally, you will need to be prepared to be hands-on and create BTS content when needed. You will also be responsible for creating a growing network of community partners to shape how their community comes together online.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- Proven experience in setting a social strategy.
- Experienced in managing creators.
- Strong community experience, with a track record of building a community.
- Must be a foodie!
- An ability and willingness to be very hands-on.
