Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing entertainment challenger brand to hire a Procurement Manager, following phenomenal success and viral product traction.

  • Managing supplier relationships, including day-to-day communication and performance
  • Assessing suppliers across cost, quality and reliability, ensuring the best partners are in place
  • Negotiating pricing, MOQs, contracts, payment terms and lead times
  • Owning product costing end-to-end, including components, packaging and freight
  • Managing the production pipeline from purchase order through to delivery
  • Setting and maintaining quality control standards and managing third-party inspections
  • Building processes and playbooks to support supply chain scalability and continuous improvement

Experience working for a brand under £30m:

  • Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation of cost, contracts and supplier terms
  • Track record of driving cost savings and margin improvement
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and factory performance
  • Strong quality control mindset with attention to detail on product standards
