Following a period of exceptional growth, the business is continuing to scale at pace and is now looking to hire a Paid Social Content Creator to join their high-performing Growth team.
Responsibilities Create high-performing short-form video content for Meta and Tik Tok ads, from idea through to final edit.
Film, edit and produce engaging paid social creatives designed to stop the scroll and drive conversions.
Organise and manage content shoots, coordinating locations, talent and creators where required.
Turn creative ideas into multiple content variations, constantly testing and refining what performs best.
Stay on top of social media trends and translate them into content that feels authentic, engaging and native to each platform.
Qualifications At least 1 year's experience creating content for social media, ideally within a D2C brand or agency.
Experience producing performance-focused content for Meta and/or Tik Tok is important.
Strong video editing skills using Cap Cut or similar editing software.
Comfortable filming content yourself and appearing on camera when required.
A creative mindset with a strong understanding of what makes short-form content engaging and commercially effective.
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
