Ignite are thrilled to be supporting a rapidly scaling, award-winning brand in the premium drinks space. This challenger business is shaking up its category with innovative products, a strong retail presence and exciting plans for growth across the UK and international markets.
They’re now looking for an Operations Manager to join the team. This is a pivotal role at the centre of the business, perfect for someone who loves systems, organisation, problem-solving and keeping a fast-paced operation running seamlessly.
You’ll be the operational backbone of the business, working closely with the founders and suppliers, ensuring supply chain, logistics and internal processes run smoothly across multiple channels including retail, D2C, on-trade, export and more.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and maintaining all critical business and product data
- Tracking COGs, technical specs and production documents
- Overseeing inventory levels, stock movement, batch management and reworks
- Coordinating inbound deliveries, stock counts and month-end reports
- Handling day-to-day logistics across UK and European orders
- Liaising with 3PLs, manufacturers, suppliers and partners
- Managing purchasing, production planning and raw material costs
- Supporting demand planning and ensuring optimal stock levels
- Assisting with cashflow management
- Providing cross-team administrative support (export docs, invoice approvals, SKU setups)
- Enabling smooth delivery of new product launches, new market launches and cost-saving initiatives
- Leading on operational tooling (e.g., system implementation projects)
What do you need to bring?
- 4-5 years’ experience in operations, logistics, admin or supply-chain-focused roles
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- Good with numbers, spreadsheets and data
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
