Iignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the most exciting Food challenger brands in the UK right now. This is a business with huge ambitions, a fantastic product and a leadership team that genuinely believes they can become one of the standout success stories in the industry. Having recently appeared on Dragon's Den, the founders are investing in growth and looking to hire a Junior Brand Manager to join the team. This role is perfect for an ambitious marketer looking to accelerate their career within a fast-moving start‑up environment.

You'll have the opportunity to work across the full marketing mix, gain exposure to all areas of the business and play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing brand. What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • At least 2 years of marketing experience within FMCG, ideally for a challenger Food or Drink brand
  • Previous start-up or scale-up experience would be highly beneficial
  • Experience across multiple areas of the marketing mix including Brand, Social, Community, Events and Campaign Activation
  • Experience working with external agencies, freelancers or creative partners
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Energetic, proactive, ambitious and excited by the challenge of helping build a brand
