Overview

Ignite are delighted to be working with a hugely popular and growing FMCG challenger brand. The business has been performing extremely well over the last 12-18 months and are now looking to hire a NEW Head of Growth to take their D2C & Amazon business to the next level, both here in the UK and in the US. The business has some very exciting expansion plans, both in retail and online so we truly believe this is a unique opportunity for someone to join a fast-growth omni-channel brand and make a real name for themselves.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • A minimum of 6 years D2C / Growth marketing experience, ideally for an FMCG start-up/scale-up.
  • Experience working for an omni-channel brand would be beneficial (D2C, Amazon & Retail channels).
  • Exceptional Meta/TikTok/YouTube advertising knowledge is critical.
  • Proven team management credentials is important, as we’ll be looking to build a department underneath you.
  • Candidates MUST have delivered strong growth for a brand, £5m - £50m+
