Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the most exciting challenger brands in the UK. You may have seen them making headlines over the past few years through a string of industry awards, rapid growth and even an appearance on Dragon's Den.
Already generating £50m+ in annual revenue, this is a business that has built an incredible brand and established a strong presence across Retail and Out-of-Home channels. However, their D2C and E-Commerce operation is still only scratching the surface of its potential.
As a result, they're looking to hire a best-in-class Head of E-Commerce & Growth to build and scale a world-class direct-to-consumer function across Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
This is a genuine greenfield opportunity. You'll have the autonomy to shape the strategy, build the team and define the roadmap for growth. The ambition? To transform a £2.5m D2C business into a £100m+ revenue channel over the coming years. Big challenge. Huge opportunity.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
We're looking for someone who has genuinely built and scaled high-growth E-Commerce businesses. A commercially minded operator who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in ambitious, founder-led environments.
⭐️ 8+ years' experience in E-Commerce, D2C or Digital Growth roles, ideally operating at Head of E-Commerce, Director or equivalent level.
⭐️ Proven experience scaling high-growth D2C businesses across Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
⭐️ Strong P&L ownership experience with a deep understanding of profitability, contribution margin, CAC, LTV and commercial decision making.
⭐️ Demonstrable experience building and leading high-performing E-Commerce teams.
⭐️ Ability to operate strategically whilst remaining close enough to the detail to drive execution and results.
⭐️ Highly data-driven with exceptional commercial acumen and analytical capability.
⭐️ Genuine experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, customer experience, forecasting, automation and business performance.
⭐️ Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and founder-led environment where ambition levels are exceptionally high.
