Fast Growth D2C subscription brand based in Central London (3 days a week in the office). Salary: £90k - £100k with bonus and equity.

Here at Ignite, we’re delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing companies globally! The business has grown rapidly from a revenue perspective (£0m - £50m in 4 years) and they’re now looking to shift from being a Performance Marketing led business to more of a Brand led business. As a result, they’re looking to hire a new Head of Brand.

If you’re an experienced Head of Brand / Brand Lead and are excited by the prospect of working for one of the fastest growing brands in the world, look no further – this could be the role for you!

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • At least 6 years’ experience in Brand Marketing for a fast-growth D2C or FMCG challenger/scale-up brand
  • Experience working for an omni-channel brand is critical (D2C & Retail)
  • Strong experience owning or shaping brand strategy
  • A track record of leading integrated campaigns
  • Confident in briefing marketing teams and bringing different marketing teams together
  • Strong stakeholder management experience is crucial; you need to have aura and credibility within the business
  • Proven people management experience; you will be managing a team of 4 direct reports and a wider team of 7
