Ignite are delighted to be working with a fantastic pet services brand. The business is rapidly growing and 90% of their business is through D2C Subscription. They have a super clear mission and are looking to hire a brand new role to the business - Digital Product Manager!

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and having full responsibility for the end to end user journey on their Shopify site, ensuring a seamless feel and hitting conversion and retention targets. You will be responsible for CRO and experimentation, User journey optimisation, roadmap ownership and subscription and retention performance. This role is a great opportunity to make a huge impact for the brand as you will be the first person in this role.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • Strong DTC Subscription and Product Management experience.
  • Subscription experience, with good knowledge of what drives retention (within subscription).
  • Analytical and data driven.

In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you: Salary is dependent upon experience, up to £60k.
