Central London (5 days a week in the office). Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the most exciting challenger brands in the UK. The brand has achieved rapid growth and industry recognition, and now seeks a Design Lead to join its creative team and act as the bridge between the Founders and the wider Design function. In this highly influential role you will help shape and elevate the creative direction of the brand across all touchpoints. From digital campaigns and paid social to packaging, email, web, print and brand activations you will be responsible for ensuring the creative output is consistently best-in-class.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • 5+ years of design experience, ideally in-house for an FMCG challenger brand
  • Proven ability to lead and develop designers (you will be managing a team of 3)
  • A generalist portfolio with experience across brand, digital, packaging, and performance creative
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma
  • Fluency with AI creative tools such as Runway, Adobe AI features, ChatGPT, Gemini
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where you will need to make decisions quickly
