Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast‑growing FMCG challenger with huge momentum behind them, the business is gearing up for an ambitious scale‑up plan to reach £50m within the next two years. They are now looking for an exceptional Demand and Supply Planning Manager to sit at the heart of sales, supply chain and operations, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.

This role is ideal for someone ready to set up demand planning within a true challenger environment, where pace is high, processes are evolving and impact is visible daily.

What will you be doing?

  • Building and maintaining demand forecasts across retail and foodservice channels
  • Supporting daily, weekly and monthly forecasting cycles, incorporating sales data, promotions, seasonality and NPD launches
  • Translating forecasts into clear supply and production plans, lead times and capacity constraints
  • Monitoring stock, service levels, waste and freshness KPIs, flagging risks early and proposing actions
  • Producing clear, simple insights and reports to support decision‑making

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in demand planning, production planning or supply planning within FMCG challenger brands
  • Highly detail‑oriented and analytical, confident using Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, basic analysis)
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑paced environment
