Here at Ignite, we’re delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing brands in the UK. The brand is absolutely stunning from a Design perspective, the team is growing and as a result they’re looking to hire a Brand & Creative Design Lead to join the growing creative team. They’re looking for someone to take their creativity, artwork and visual direction to the next level by producing high-level assets across web, social media, paid ads, packaging, email, print and more.
Requirements- At least 4 years of Design experience with a portfolio of work across Digital & Print assets.
- Challenger brand/start-up experience would be beneficial.
- Proven Design experience for packaging is essential.
- People management experience is critical, managing a team of 3 Designers.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom) would be great.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once is important; this is a fast paced environment.
- Basic salary from £55k - £70k (based on experience)
- 25 days holiday
