One of the UK’s fastest-growing brands is gearing up for a major launch in the USA and Ignite has been tasked to support with this next phase of their growth. We’re helping them hire a Junior Creative Strategist to own performance creative strategy across Meta and TikTok, with a specific focus on the US market.
This is a seriously exciting business. They’ve scaled from £0 to £50m+ revenue in just a few years, and you’ll almost certainly recognise them from their standout paid social campaigns and TV/radio advertising. The brand produces 500+ ads every month across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, with current media spend exceeding £750k per month, heavily weighted towards Meta. This is true D2C powerhouse, so it’s a huge chance to make a genuine impact for one of the fastest growing brands out there.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- A minimum of 2 years performance creative experience.
- Experience working for or with a D2C E-commerce business (either in-house or agency).
- Experience of the USA market is essential, either you’ll work with or for a US brand or you’ll be a US native.
- Excellent ability to produce high-quality shareable paid social content.
- A fantastic ability to think outside the box and have crazy/wild ideas from a direct response/performance marketing perspective.
- An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious.
