Health & Wellness brand (client side role)
Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest-scaling D2C brands in the UK. The brand is already a market leader in the Health & Wellness / Nutrition space, they've seen incredible growth since they launched in 2024 (scaling from £0m - £15m already).
They're now looking to hire a Influencer & UGC Executive to own the creator pipeline end-to-end - finding and scouting new creators, reaching out to them, negotiating deals, getting them onboarded and then building those relationships so you have a strong roster of people you can continue working with.

What you'll be doing:
- Find and scout great creators
- Build genuine creator relationships
- Negotiate and manage partnerships
- Brief creators and support content creation
- Track performance and stay ahead of trends
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- 1+ years' experience in influencer, creator, UGC or social partnerships
- Confident sourcing and reaching out to creators
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable negotiating fees and partnership terms
- TikTok & Instagram savvy, with a commercial and data-driven mindset
