Ignite are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing subscription brand in the search for a Supply Chain Manager to join their Supply Chain team, supporting the Head of Supply Chain as the business continues to grow. This is a pivotal role in a business scaling rapidly, expanding its channel footprint, and pushing hard on operational excellence.

Sitting at the heart of the organisation, you will work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Commercial and external manufacturers to ensure products are made, moved and delivered with exceptional service, cost efficiency and reliability. You will support the Head of Supply Chain with production planning, raw material management, international supplier relationships, 3PL performance, inventory accuracy and stock control.

What skills you need:

  • Must have experience in a fast-growing challenger brand in FMCG, Food, Pet or Drinks
  • Experience in D2C, ecommerce and/or retail
  • Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, including demand planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, order management and supplier relationships.
  • Proven experience working with third-party manufacturers, suppliers and fulfilment partners.
  • A commercially minded and analytical approach, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights, build business cases and support decision-making.
  • Proactive and hands-on, able to balance day-to-day operations with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Interest in AI, automation and digital tools, with a passion for improving processes and reducing manual work.
  • Experience using ERP, inventory management and EDI systems, including implementation or optimisation, would be advantageous.
