Role Overview

We are looking to shift from a performance marketing‑led business to a brand‑led business, looking to hire a Head of Brand. The role will own brand strategy, lead integrated campaigns and collaborate across marketing teams.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years’ experience in Brand Marketing for a fast‑growth D2C or FMCG challenger/scale‑up brand
  • Experience working for an omni‑channel brand (D2C & Retail)
  • Strong experience owning or shaping brand strategy
  • Track record of leading integrated campaigns
  • Confident in briefing marketing teams and bringing different marketing teams together
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Proven people management experience, managing a team of 4 direct reports and a wider team of 7
