Hybrid/London - 4 days a week in the office
Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing ecommerce brand to appoint a Fulfilment & Logistics Manager as they continue their impressive growth journey. Following exceptional early success and a rapidly expanding customer community, the business is entering an exciting new phase of scale, with ambitious plans to broaden its product portfolio and expand its global presence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the business through its next phase of growth, taking ownership of the end-to-end fulfilment and logistics operation. This includes inventory planning, freight management, third-party logistics partners, and B2B fulfilment, while leading a small team and ensuring the wider business has clear visibility of stock availability, movement, and associated costs.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience running fulfilment, logistics or supply chain operations for a fast-growing consumer goods brand, ideally multichannel e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience of Amazon FBA and at least one other marketplace
- Retail and B2B fulfilment experience: EDI, routing guides, retailer compliance and chargebacks
- Managing multiple 3PLs across more than one country, including SLAs and performance reviews
- International freight (sea and air), customs and import compliance
- Demand and inventory planning across channels and regions
- Strong with data and spreadsheets; comfortable building the tracker before asking for one
In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer:
- Competitive salary up to £70k
- Hybrid working (4 days in the office)
- Monthly team breakfast and regular socials
- 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays

We would love to reply to all applications, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive, so if you do not hear back within 14 days unfortunately on this role it won’t be progressing. It is possible that the position could be in the process of closing, so chalk it up to bad timing. But, have no fear! There will be more opportunities. Follow us so you don’t miss them.
