Ignite are delighted to be working with a fantastic performance nutrition brand that combines science-backed ingredients with a convenient format to help people stay consistent with their nutrition. They are the most followed brand in their space and grew to £20m+ ARR in just 9 months. With this high level of growth, the Founder is looking for a superstar EA to help support him.

This role is all about next-level organisation, top-tier support and someone who is willing to learn and grow with the business. You'll be the first point of call for the founder's diary, travel and meetings, and need to ensure you are one step ahead. As the role grows, you'll be taking on more of a strategic position and picking up new projects and responsibilities. As the company grows, you will be growing with it, and the Founder!

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • You live and breathe being SUPER organised - nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • You are discreet and trustworthy - you will have visibility into things that need to stay private, and you will understand what these things are!
  • You are looking to grow in your next role - this role has real scope to expand and you are joining the company at a super exciting time!
  • Bonus: previous EA/PA experience supporting a founder, executive or senior leader
