Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast‑growing FMCG challenger with huge momentum behind them, the business is gearing up for an ambitious scale‑up plan to reach £50m within the next two years.

They are now looking for an exceptional Senior Demand Planner to sit at the heart of sales, supply chain and operations, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. This role is ideal for someone ready to set up demand planning within a true challenger environment, where pace is high, processes are evolving and impact is visible daily.

  • Building and maintaining demand forecasts across retail and foodservice channels
  • Supporting daily, weekly and monthly forecasting cycles, incorporating sales data, promotions, seasonality and NPD launches
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Operations and NPD to understand demand shifts, risks and opportunities
  • Monitoring stock, service levels, waste and freshness KPIs, flagging risks early and proposing actions
  • Supporting planning for new SKUs, seasonal products and promotions
  • Helping evolve planning processes, data accuracy and reporting as the business scales
  • Experience in demand planning, production planning or supply planning within FMCG challenger brands
  • Exposure to chilled, fresh or short shelf‑life products strongly preferred
  • Highly detail‑oriented and analytical, confident using Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, basic analysis)
  • Naturally curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in food, FMCG and supply chains
