This role is ideal for someone ready to set up demand planning within a true challenger environment, where pace is high, processes are evolving and impact is visible daily. Building and maintaining demand forecasts across retail and foodservice channels ⭐️ Supporting daily, weekly and monthly forecasting cycles, incorporating sales data, promotions, seasonality and NPD launches ⭐️ Monitoring stock, service levels, waste and freshness KPIs, flagging risks early and proposing actions ⭐️ Experience in demand planning, production planning or supply planning within an FMCG challenger brands ⭐️ Highly detail‑oriented and analytical, confident using Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, basic analysis) ⭐️ We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process that means people can be their best authentic self. ❤️
