Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest-scaling D2C brands in the UK. The brand is already a market leader in the Sports Nutrition space, having seen incredible growth since they launched in 2024 (scaling from £0m - £20m already). They’re now looking to hire a Performance Creative Strategist to join the creative team. You’ll play a key role in crafting bold, thumb-stopping paid social ads across Meta, YouTube and TikTok.

  • A minimum of 3 years performance creative experience.
  • Experience working for or with a D2C brand (either in-house or agency).
  • An ability to think outside the box when it comes to direct response advertising.
  • Competitive basic salary (£40k - £55k, potentially flexible).
  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office).
  • Unlimited holiday allowance.
  • Private healthcare.
