Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's most exciting challenger brands. Following a period of exceptional growth, they're now looking to hire a Brand & Creative Lead to shape the next chapter of their brand journey.
Working closely with the Founders, you'll lead the creative vision across branding, packaging, campaigns, social and digital, inspiring an ambitious Creative & Design team and helping take one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer brands to the next level.
- Own the creative vision and ensure the brand looks and feels exceptional across every touchpoint.
- Lead and develop the in-house Design team, raising creative standards and inspiring great work.
- Oversee creative across branding, packaging, campaigns, social, paid media, retail and digital.
- Partner with the Founders and Marketing team to bring bold ideas to life.
- Lead creative projects from concept through to execution, working with internal teams and external agencies.
- Stay ahead of design, social and cultural trends to keep the brand at the forefront of its category.
7+ years' experience in Brand, Creative or Design roles, ideally within a high-growth consumer brand.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and delivering exceptional brand work.
- An outstanding portfolio spanning branding, campaigns, digital and packaging.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills, with confidence using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Experience building brands that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial audiences would be highly advantageous.
Basic salary from £75k - £90k (based on experience).
