Senior Buyer Wine London/Hybrid £Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing wine subscription business that has built a loyal customer base and is continuing to scale at an impressive rate. With ambitious growth plans across multiple markets, they are now looking for a commercially driven Senior Buyer to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a significant buying budget and play a key role in shaping the product offering. You'll be responsible for sourcing exciting products, building and managing supplier relationships, negotiating the best commercial terms, and driving exclusive product development. You'll also have full ownership of the commercial performance of your category, ensuring strong margins, healthy stock levels and continued customer engagement. Previous buying experience within FMCG, grocery, beverage or a fast-paced eCommerce environment. ⭐️ A confident negotiator with strong supplier relationship management skills and excellent commercial acumen. ⭐️ Experience managing commercial performance, including margin, stock and product range optimisation. ⭐️ Competitive salary (£40k-£50k) ⭐ Hybrid working 2-3 days in the office per week ⭐ Team socials & holidays
