Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest-scaling D2C brands globally. The brand is already a market leader in their category, having seen incredible growth since they launched 4 years ago.

They’re now looking to hire a Creative Strategist to join the performance creative team. You’ll play a key role in crafting bold, thumb-stopping paid social ads across Meta, YouTube and TikTok.

  • A minimum of 2 years performance creative experience.
  • Experience working for or with a D2C brand (either in-house or agency).
  • An ability to think outside the box when it comes to direct response advertising.

Competitive basic salary (£35k - £50k, potentially flexible).

  • Fully remote role, UK.
  • £100 bonus per winning ad (ability to earn up to £1k extra per month).
  • Private healthcare.
