Fast Growth challenger brand in Central London (3 days a week in the office) with a salary of £55k - £70k + Share options.

Here at Ignite, we’re delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing brands in the UK. The brand is absolutely stunning from a Design perspective, and the team is growing. They’re looking to hire a Brand & Creative Design Lead to join the creative team.

They’re looking for someone to take their creativity, artwork and visual direction to the next level by producing high-level assets across web, social media, paid ads, packaging, email, print and more.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of Design experience with a portfolio of work across Digital & Print assets.
  • Challenger brand/start-up experience would be beneficial.
  • Proven Design experience for packaging is essential.
  • People management experience is critical, managing a team of 3 Designers.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom) would be great.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once is important; this is a fast-paced environment.
