Here at Ignite we’re partnering with an ambitious startup looking for a National Account Manager to join the team. You’ll support their head of Sales, open new accounts, drive listings, and spot opportunities to grow presence in key markets. From day one, you’ll take ownership of your own major accounts, help define strategy, and work with the wider team to deliver engaging, high-impact campaigns. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, where your work will directly shape growth and scale.
What You’ll Do
- Report to the Head of Sales and support the day-to-day of our largest accounts
- Lead on smaller accounts and take full P&L responsibility
- Drive new business and secure listings in new stores
- Work closely with Marketing to implement fun, effective activation campaigns
- Support wider account strategy across the team
- Get out in the field, starting conversations, converting opportunities, and building strong relationships
- Help the sales team secure key accounts, support consumer events, and collaborate with charity partners
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ FMCG sales account management experience
- Experience in a fast-scaling or start-up environment is a plus
- Confidence to pitch for new business and grow existing accounts
- Self-starter with initiative and a hands-on approach
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Passion for purpose-led brands and making a real impact
- Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Kind, resilient, enthusiastic, and full of tenacity
