We’re looking for an Account Manager who can bring energy, direction & clarity to help our clients thrive in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll be the day-to-day lead on some of our most exciting hospitality and lifestyle clients – managing projects from start to finish, building strong, collaborative relationships with the clients & immersing yourself in their brands. You’ll work closely with a Marketing Director to turn big-picture thinking into brilliantly executed campaigns, content and creative outputs. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional client service – combining commercial awareness, hospitality know-how and sharp attention to detail, while never losing sight of the bigger picture.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Management & Delivery: Be the primary day-to-day contact for your clients, owning communication and keeping everything running smoothly. Build genuine relationships based on trust, reliability and value; utilising both virtual and in-person touch points. Run meetings with purpose, prepare clear agendas, and follow through on actionable next steps. Immerse yourself in client venues and environments where possible to gain a deep understanding of their world. Support the Marketing Director on larger multi-disciplinary service clients whilst owning & ensuring success for your own clients.
- Briefing & Internal Coordination: Represent the ‘voice of the client’ inside the agency—ensuring every brief is aligned with their goals and expectations. Write and manage detailed briefs for creative, technical and media teams, ensuring all context and objectives are clear. Lead kick-offs, retrospectives and lessons‑learned sessions to improve how we work together. Coordinate with specialists, flag key decisions, and ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. Maintain clear labelling and filing systems for all client‑facing and internal documents.
- Project & Campaign Execution: Own the delivery of client retainers and projects from end to end – ensuring smooth workflows, schedules and quality outcomes. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to schedule work, book in specialists, and keep everything running to plan. Track project progress, prevent scope creep, and raise any risks before they become problems. Manage onboarding and off‑boarding of client accounts with precision and care. Champion Ignite’s internal processes – helping teams follow best practice and work efficiently.
- Client Growth & Strategic Support: Work closely with your Marketing Director to turn strategy into action and help deliver long‑term client success & growth (both performance and financial – focussed). Translate strategic plans into actionable deliverables and timelines. Support in preparing reports & proactive decks to demonstrate success & drive account growth.
- Revenue & Financial Oversight: Define and scope new client work – ensuring clarity around objectives, budgets and timelines. Track and manage project budgets, working with the MD and Ops team to balance profitability and client value. Spot upsell opportunities and play a key role in growing accounts sustainably, with support from your MD. Secure approvals on scopes, costs and deliverables, and monitor profitability throughout.
- Account Ownership & Commercial Accountability: Bring energy & excitement to the account! Own the day‑to‑day success of your client accounts, holding a full 360° view of their needs, challenges and growth potential. Be proactive in identifying and resolving obstacles, internally & externally. Be the quality gatekeeper—ensuring every piece of work meets both Ignite’s standards and the client’s expectations. Lead and support internal teams, providing the information and clarity they need to deliver their best work.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3+ years of account management experience, ideally in a creative, social or digital agency.
- Are highly organised with experience with project management.
- Have an interest and background delivering exceptional service.
- Love working with food, drink and hospitality brands.

- Are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and staying calm under pressure.
- Are solutions-led & a problem solver.
Perks:
- Hybrid working model
- Genuinely flexible working hours
- 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off and Christmas to New Year studio shutdown
- Dog‑friendly office spaces
- Free access to gyms across the FORA estate
