We are recruiting for two Residential Conveyancers on behalf of our client, based in their Congleton and Macclesfield offices. The ideal candidate will be someone who has 3–5 years’ experience and is looking to progress in their career. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team and will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of a dedicated conveyancing assistant.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including shared ownership transactions, new builds, transfers of equity, adverse possession, transfers of part, and remortgages.
- Manage files independently from initial instruction through to completion.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process throughout.
About you:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
- A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
- Experience using case management systems, ideally P4W.
