Supporting Project E&I design teams delivering, supporting and checking design packages to meet safety, functional and business needs.
Essential:
- Academic Qualification: HNC
- Professional Qualification: Incorporated Engineer
- Eligible for Security Clearance
- Hours: 37 hours over 4½ days a week
- Location: Working 3 days a week minimum in Warrington, Cheshire.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years successfully delivering as an Electrical Design Engineer on external multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working knowledge of the appropriate Engineering Standards governing the following works:
- Electrical Supply Infrastructure: Small power, lighting and earthing
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey information to other team members/disciplines
- Providing support to Construction
- Providing support to Commissioning
- Willingness to support early career engineers
Desirable:
- Minimum 5 years successfully delivering as an E&I Design Engineer on multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working understanding of the appropriate Engineering Standards governing the following works:
- Electrical Supply Infrastructure: Small power, lighting and earthing
- Radiometric & Special Instruments
- Safety Systems
