We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is motivated by earning potential.
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) by promoting our payroll solutions to businesses across the UK. You will work with a mixture of warm inbound enquiries and outbound cold calling, engaging with decision-makers and identifying opportunities to support their payroll needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce payroll solutions
- Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into qualified appointments
- Booking appointments for BDMs with key decision-makers
- Building rapport quickly and identifying client needs
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system
- Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Monday to Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm
