Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer? My client, a friendly and well established High Street firm based in Tamworth, is looking for a dedicated Commercial Property professional to join their growing team.

The role includes:

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Company Commercial Law, with particular emphasis on Commercial Property Law
  • Deal with commercial sale and purchases
  • Advice on Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Deal with commercial refinancing
  • Produce 1265 chargeable and recoverable fee earning hours per annum
  • Cross sell services across the Firm and act as appropriate
  • Manage an agreed caseload of clients in consultation with the Department Head
  • Use the correct office procedures and systems to manage cases effectively and in accordance with the Firm's standards
  • Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
  • Bill promptly and to collect outstanding balances as soon as feasible
  • Enhance and improve the firm's client base by way of effective liaison with clients, both existing and future, and introducers of work

Qualifications and Experience:

  • You must be a qualified Lawyer (either Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer)
  • You should have 1–4 years’ PQE
  • You should have at least 2 years broad commercial property experience but may be more senior
  • You will have strong commercial acumen
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
