The role itself will be a great way for you to ease into the industry. We do not set unrealistic targets, in fact our sole focus is on helping customers rather than working on ‘targets’. You’ll deal with around 30 calls per day, as well as branching out into live chat, social media and emails. All we ask is that you look after our customers, and we will look after you!
