We're currently recruiting for an experienced fee earner on behalf of our client to join the residential conveyancing department in their Liverpool office. You will be dealing with a full range of residential property matters acting for both local and national clients.

Your role will include undertaking fee earning work and assisting with developing and maintaining new and current business relationships.

Ideally you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on residential property matters, be able to work independently and be a confident and organised individual who is able to work on your own initiative. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office and case management systems and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
