Senior Sales Floor Manager to lead, motivate and inspire a busy UK sales operation.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales function, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive sales performance and ensure business targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Coach and mentor sales managers and advisors, supporting their professional development and performance.
- Deliver regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and structured team meetings.
- Monitor team performance through data, MI and quality assurance, creating targeted action plans where required.
- Work closely with Training & Competence teams to ensure all advisors maintain the required competency standards.
- Provide regular business performance updates to senior leadership, identifying challenges alongside practical solutions.
- Build strong relationships across the wider leadership team, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage performance, conduct and employee relations matters professionally, working alongside HR and Compliance where appropriate.
- Act as deputy for the Director of Sales when required.
About You
You'll be an experienced people leader with a proven ability to inspire teams, improve performance and achieve commercial success.
We're looking for someone who has
- A minimum of
3 years' experience in a senior sales management role.
- A strong track record of leading managers and sales teams to consistently exceed targets.
- Experience managing performance through coaching, development and accountability.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret management information and implement effective action plans.
- Experience working with inbound and outbound sales environments and dialler systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A positive, adaptable and solution-focused mindset.
