Senior Sales Floor Manager to lead, motivate and inspire a busy UK sales operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys coaching others to success.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales function, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure business targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Coach and mentor sales managers and advisors, supporting their professional development and performance.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and structured team meetings.
  • Monitor team performance through data, MI and quality assurance, creating targeted action plans where required.
  • Work closely with Training & Competence teams to ensure all advisors maintain the required competency standards.
  • Provide regular business performance updates to senior leadership, identifying challenges alongside practical solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across the wider leadership team, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage performance, conduct and employee relations matters professionally, working alongside HR and Compliance where appropriate.
  • Act as deputy for the Director of Sales when required.

About You

You'll be an experienced people leader with a proven ability to inspire teams, improve performance and achieve commercial success.

We're looking for someone who has

  • A minimum of

3 years' experience in a senior sales management role.

  • A strong track record of leading managers and sales teams to consistently exceed targets.
  • Experience managing performance through coaching, development and accountability.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret management information and implement effective action plans.
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound sales environments and dialler systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A positive, adaptable and solution-focused mindset.
